Історія отримання PPSN
Доброго дня . Хотіла написати власний досвід з отримання PSSN . Можливо буде корисним. Вчора ходила до місцевого Intreo centre , мені дали заповнити 2 анкети на діток і одну на мене і додаткова форма для отримання виплат . Зробили копію документів . І попросили принести документ, який підтверджує , де я проживаю . Так як проживаю в готелі для переселенців , запитала на рецепції і мені видали лист , що я проживаю з дітками в даному готелі .
Сьогодні я донесла в Intreo centre даний документ, мене сфотографували і видали паперову картку для отримання виплат , першого понеділка сказали заплатять 572€ , потім в четвер і кожного наступного четверга тижня по 286€ . Виплати отримувати на найближчому поштовому відділенні . Додатково дали документ для отримання виплат на діток , його треба заповнити і відправити поштою . Додатково будуть одноразово -перший вівторок місяця оплачувати 140 € на діток .

Історія отримання рецептурних медикаментів”
Я сегодня разбиралась с рецептурными лекарствами, решила поделиться опытом, может кому-то будет полезно
1. Звонила в Safetynet Primary Care, сказала что беженцам из Украины нужны рецептурные препараты, они дали мне номер телефона D Doc 1850224477 и сказали звонить туда (я не уверена это потому что было воскресенье или впринципе надо сразу туда звонить)
2. Позвонила в D Doc, там прям долго надо ждать ответа, минут 20-30, там тоже сказала что помогаю беженцам из Украины, они спросили имя фамилию на английском, дату рождения и адрес где сейчас проживаут беженцы и мой номер телефона для связи. Эти данные нужны чтобы внести их в систему. Сказали подготовить список лекарств и ждать звонка.
3. Примерно через час мне перезвонили, спросили какие проблемы, какие лекарства нужны, как долго их принимают впринципе и когда принимали в последний раз, нужен ли прием у GP, про общее состояние, аллергии и все прочее. Мы отказались от осмотра у GP потому что препараты эти принимали еще до войны и они были назначены врачем в Украине. Сказали ждать звонка медсестры.
4. Еще через минут 30 позвонила медсестра и сказала что для одного из препаратов вроде как нужен осмотр, спросили есть ли транспорт чтобы доехать до Coolock centre. Я сказала что только public transport доступен и что машины нет. Сказали что тогда постараются помочь по телефону. Договорились в какое время позвонит доктор чтобы я была рядом с тем кому нужны лекарства и могла что-то спросить и уточнить.
5. Позвонил доктор, я объяснила ему диагноз и какие препараты принимают и для чего именно (все это я заранее выяснила). Доктор сказал что все ок и выписал рецепт, спросил ближайшую аптеку куда отправить. Я уточнила что забрать лекарства могу я, присутствие тех для кого эти лекарства не требуется.
6. Лекарства забирала в Boots на Henry Street, платить за них не надо было.
Я пользовалась сайтом www.ndrugs.com чтобы найти местный аналог лекарств, еще полезно знать активные ингредиенты препарата. Мария

* Getting the PPSN **
Good morning, I wanted to describe my own experience in obtaining PSSN. It may be useful. Yesterday I went to the local Intreo center, I was asked to fill out 2 questionnaires for the children and one for me and an additional form for payments. They made a copy of my documents. Also they asked me to bring a document confirming where I live. Since I live in a hotel for the temporarily displaced people, I asked at the reception and I was given a confirmation letter that I live in this hotel.
Today I brought this document to the Intreo center, I was photographed and issued a paper proof to receive payments, the first Monday they said they would pay € 572, then on Thursday and every following Thursday of the week for € 286. Payments will be issued at the nearest post office. In addition, they gave a document to receive payments for children, it must be completed and sent by mail. Additionally, they will pay 140 € per child once on the first Tuesday of the month. My PSS number will be emailed. Oksana.
* A story of receiving prescription drugs *
Today I dealt with prescription drugs, decided to share my experience, maybe it will be useful to someone:
1. I called Safetynet Primary Care, said that temporarily displaced peoplee from Ukraine need prescription drugs, they gave me the phone number D Doc 1850224477 and told me to call there
2. I called D Doc, I waited a long time for an answer, 20-30 minutes. I said that I help people from Ukraine, they asked the name, surname in English, date of birth and address where those people now live and my phone number for communication. This data is needed to enter it into the system. They told me to prepare a list of medicines and wait for a call.
3. About an hour later I received a call back, asked what are the medical conditions, what drugs are needed, how long they are taken and when were they taken last, whether the people need a GP consultation, about the general condition, allergies and everything else. We decided not to be examined by the GP because these drugs were taken before the war and they were prescribed by a doctor in Ukraine. They told me to wait for the nurse to call.
4. Another 30 minutes later a nurse called and said that for one of the drugs there is an examination is needed, asked if there is a vehicle to get to the Coolock center. I said that only public transport is available and that there is no car. They said that then they would try to help by phone. Agreed at what time the doctor will call so that I was close to those who need medication and could ask and clarify something.
5. The doctor called, I explained to him the diagnosis and what drugs are taken and for what (all of this I found out in advance). The doctor said that everything was OK and issued a prescription, asked for the nearest pharmacy to send the prescription at. I clarified that I as a volunteer can collect the medicines, the presence of those for whom those medicines are prescribed is not required.
6. I collected my medicine at Boots on Henry Street, I didn't have to pay for it. I used the site www.ndrugs.com to find a local analogue of the drug, it is very useful to know the active ingredients of the drug. Maria
